Honestly a pedicure broke my waters the very next morning…. And LOTS of crying! I saw a tiktok the night before I gave birth that your body releases certain hormones when crying that help induce labour lol so I did just that, waters broke less than 15 hours later

Your stomach is really low, I think you’re really close. Almost there mama! If you haven’t already tried I found these handy - miles circuit, bouncing on a gym ball, a long as walk and acupuncture

300 ml apricot juice 150ml alcohol free ginger ale 2tsp lemon verbena oil/tincture/powder or 200ml well brewed lemon verbena tea 2 tbsp castor oil 2 tbsp of almond butter The only ingredient I didn’t find was the lemon verbena tea in stores, it’s all online, but it worked fine without it. I took it around 6PM, went into labour at 10PM, gave birth 8:44AM the next morning. The drink is putrid but 😖
