I stopped trying to fit in or blend in with everyone at work. It is so tiring. I maintain a safe distance and does not people please anymore.

i agree with u 100% i tried to fit it at work but it did not work, coz it turned out that they will just befriend you if you have lots of money to spend, you are wearing branded clothes, you mingle with the rich kids and you throw the hotest parties. as an introvert and a middle class, financially i am able but i am not rich. they consider someone, "cool" if you are rich and always treating them to dinner, lunch, etcetera.sad but true.

Everything you say about working environment is true to me. I go through it all the time. I so tired of it that I wanted to quit but I didn’t give up I still fighting through my day. But listen to you give me the strength and ways of howto deal with people who don’t like me.
