Retired nail tech here… I know it’s easier said than done but just completely forget about them & apply cuticle oil daily! Don’t add any product to the nail, acrylic, gel, standard nail polish. Good luck 🤍🫶🏻

Sos nail oil from HW nails is a life saver, as is the Margaret dabbs cuticle serum. I reccomend these to my clients who come to me with severe damage from previous techs. Please please do NOT put ANYTHING ontop until the damage is grown out (3 months + usually). Your nails are severely overfilled and very damaged so you are at high risk for allergy if you put any product ontop. I’m gonna be honest girly, in 7 years that’s some of the worst damage I’ve seen!! Xx

File your natural nail to remove the excess glue and the green fungus. Rub a piece of garlic on your natural nail, wear gloves, and leave it overnight. Take a bottle of clear nail polish, chop a clove of garlic into small pieces, and put them inside the polish. Let it sit for at least three days, then apply it directly to your nails.
