We let our oldest think she won the argument one night and told her she could stay up as late as she wanted. Then about 30 minutes after her bedtime we both got up, said goodnight turned the TV off and pretended to go to bed. She lasted 10 minutes. Apparently ‘you guys are so boring at night’ 😂

Pro-tip: If you live anywhere other than Eastern Standard Time, just play the ball dropping in New York on the TV and make your kids think it’s live. I live in Denver on Mountain Standard Time so every year we watch the ball drop at 10:00 PM and then go to bed, then my kids brag about staying up until midnight 😂
