yeah they're not stealing because they're bad people they're stealing because the system made them do it! lol. drug dealers aren't bad people the economy made them do it. Street takeovers are just a bunch of church kids w no YMCAs in their area. Resources should come easy. funny thing you say about animals being fed, now apply that to EBT and SNAP benefits.
