I am thinking this option, went to the ent and told me to get a nasal operation instead. I do not know what to do. The nasal pathways i feel that they get blocked, i have a narrow palate which i never thought that is an issue, i breath though my mouth in the night amd i bruxism my teeth too. What should i do? I spoke with many orthodontist but theh told me that i cant expand my upper jaw. Do i need to go to a maxilafacial surgeon? I would really appreciate your advise. Thanks.
