I started cuz my anger problems affected my family and I needed something to put all my anger in. 4 years latter, I tnx everyday to my brother for introducing me into the gym, if it wasn't for him today I would be probably dead cuz i also was trough a big depression, tnx to the gym, to my brother and my family and friends for supporting me to continue today I'm in my peak of happiness and I'm grateful to them and to me and of course to God, to make me pass all that yo make me who I am, I hope this message reach someone who needs it, you're not alone, never, you have yourself and god, believe in yourself.
