I can sneeze like 10 times in a row, when you rub your nose p3, double the trouble. My nose will start itching and then my eyes will start itching 😩. The moment I rub it p3, water will start coming out of it and it will swell up like I've taken a punch in my eye. It will start to feel like there are 1000 ants coupled with sand in the eye. When the weather becomes gloomy small nor p3 or unless someone doesn't use something with a strong smell. Unless the wind doesn't blow plenty😩😩. Charley🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

People think it’s “just allergies,” but they have no idea how exhausting it is. Sneezing, blocked nose, itchy eyes😩💔over and over again. Living with allergic rhinitis hasn’t been easy here🥹

Yeah brother you have to avoid all those triggers! The dust, strong perfume, pets etc. you have to get fluticasone or budesonide bro it’s very effective when used daily
