I think (just my opinion) that she was failed by her doctors and it will be very hard to get them to take accountability. I'm my experience (I have a family member with serious mental illness) when you see multiple doctors you often wind up extremely over medicated.

I’m glad I kept an open mind at the beginning of this I was one who was saying lock her up and throw away the key. Now after hearing all this and my experience. I’m a nurse and I can see how the health care provider did not help her and just over medicated her. You have to listen 👂 you can have an opinion the family is destroyed she did it. She had admitted it, but the poor woman and husband reached out for help and the providers didn’t help. My heart goes go to them my prayers are for the children may they rest in peace 🥺
