I think that Vergil rarely pulls pranks, but when he does, it'd be something like showing up in a dark corner of Dante's place and waiting for him to notice, or he'd take something quietly and slip it into someone else's pocket so that they are blamed

I feel like he’s scared the fuck out of Nero and Dante by just randomly showing up and just standing in a random corner. Dude definitely has had things thrown at him (I just imagine Nero going to eat some spaghetti or something and turning around to see two glowing blue eyes in the dark and immediately chucking the whole plate at him in fear)
