When you do your egg crack it into a small bowl first just in case it's a bad egg lol it's happened to me a couple times and ruined my whole meal 😂❤️

fried rice looks great! if youre open to it, throw in some oyster sauce with the soy sauce next time, it makes a crazy difference 😋

It is better to use less sesame oil because it can really significantly alter the flavor of the food

just an fyi sesame oil burns very easily, so it's better to add it at the end off of heat if you still want the flavor!
