Fredrinn's ultimate, Appraiser's Wrath, only feels like a one-hit kill because of how his resource system builds toward it — he gains Combo Points each time his skills hit a non-minion enemy, stacking up to 4, and his ultimates consume different amounts of those points to activate, so by the time he's chained his skills together in a fight, he's essentially "charged up" a finisher rather than just pressing a button for free damage. On top of that, Fredrinn stores a portion of the damage he receives as Crystal Energy, which decays over time but can be converted into bonus HP based on the damage he deals — meaning the longer and harder he's been fighting, the more this energy has built up, and his second ultimate is designed to cash that stored power in as a burst of damage rather than a slow trickle.
