Learnt this the hardest of ways. Being naturally intimidating then trying to shrink yourself to be palatable and non threatening was my biggest mistake because it left interactions feeling weird for both sides. If people pedestalize you, don't try to make yourself seem harmless because you will make the whole interaction weird 💀🙂👍🏿. Learnt this through multiple weird interactions.

Absolutely, I made myself “smaller” and “nicer” on purpose and I regret it so much. I am extremely ambitious and hated that I was coming off as arrogant. Guess what, now people walk all over me and it’s so so so much worse. Back to being confident and letting myself be arrogant and PROUD it is.
