A 60 year old Florida man has been arrested after deputies say he threatened two teenagers with a large kitchen knife and a meat cleaver because they were making too much noise while working on a go-kart. Investigators allege Richard Carter became enraged, threw a lawn chair, grabbed the weapons, and threatened to “bash” one of the teens if the engine was started again.
