The most effective PD I ever did was 10 minutes long. Guy got up, showed everyone how to solve a technical issue with our school management system, asked for questions and sat down. He had been booked for 2 hours. He left 10 minutes later.

I had a PD about trauma informed care and one presenter opened with talking about her adopted child’s sexual assault and the other bashed her child’s teacher who also works in our district 🥴🫠😬
