When my grandpa passed I inherited his cat, no one could take him so I brought him all the way from Colorado to Texas and I loved him for a year and a half before he passed at 15. One of the worst days of my life but it was worth it to love him. Miss you Tigger

I’ve adopted several seniors because I don’t feel they should be spending their final stage of life in a cage. I have 3 criteria when adopting a cat and they get priority- the cat that’s the oldest; the one that has been at the shelter the longest; and black cats. I’m a senior and I don’t have the energy for a kitten/young cat. 😔
