Have no clue how you’re wearing a cute outfit after a c section. I couldn’t stomach the idea of changing out of the hospital gown. I’ve never felt pain like that. DREADED going to the bathroom too 😭

C-section recovery is super painful, but there is something so nice about being able to schedule the birth and just have it all planned out. It’s a very calm birth for sure

This gave me a little hope thank you🫶🏻 after finding out there is a chance I will need a c section this time around after two natural births I cried. Of course the logical side of my brain understands why it may be needed but having your ideal birth plan shattered obviously isn’t fun. This video helped tonight 🫶🏻 thank you!!

I’m considering elective c section because I have a hypertonic pelvic floor, a skin condition that makes me tear easily down there, and neuropathy in my tailbone due to endometriosis. How are you recovering?

Two planned c sections and they’ve both been amazing. First one I felt normal in 2 weeks second one I felt like myself in 4-5 days!
