Because these deals (usually chains and not mom and pop shops) are ran by the delivery platforms itself. To boost sales. They don’t care. They’re still making money on it. You see the deal and it makes it that much more appealing and you end up paying fees or usually a subscription to have these deals available to you. Hope that clears it up.
