Yep! But honestly it's no one's damn business anyways. You do you! Not everything needs to be said out loud. If someone I love is on a medication for high blood pressure, it ain't none of my business what medication they are on. Are they getting healthy? Then WGAFF???!!!

Ive been pretty openly sharing it with friends and family. Its changing my life, its making me healthier, its giving me opportunities I didnt have before. I really dont care if they choose to judge be bc they arent me! They dont know what ir felt like to be ne, so if I can do something that helps me feel more luke me again, then their judgement feels so......ridiculous if Im being honest 🤣 So thats why i share openly. I think it says a lot more about them than me. i have nothing to be ashamed of and I hope it helps people also share and realize we needed each other's support! im all for it 🥰

Eh. People can judge me all they want. I don’t understand why people get so triggered that someone is taking a medication to help themselves. Are they mad at diabetics that take insulin!? I don’t get it

I’m not afraid of being judged. There are more and more findings in the research all the time. It’s a great thing for so many aspects of our health aside from weight loss and diabetes. I wish somebody would try and shame me😂
