So many ppl I help get denied only to find out some random apartment they lived in years ago has them down for $50 or something small… You can still get approved for an apt if this happens to you, but in almost all cases you need to pay them whatever balance is owed and show the new apt a receipt of payment. #houstonapartments #newapartment #houstonapartmentlocator
