Stylist here. Those of you coming for her about the blending at root, you need to understand that when lifting black box dye, it doesn't always come out evenly. It will be patchy like this the 1st or 2nd session. This is a lot of work that took her hours. I'm so tired and fed up with people coming for hairstylists when they don't know the science behind hair or know nothing about color. You also have to understand the health and integrity of the hair. She could only do so much with out frying her clients hair off. I personally think she did an amazing job.

I honestly think a.) your delivery could use improvement. b.) I’m seeing brassiness c.) it looked nothing like what the Client showed you. In this case I’d politely decline service! Their hair is clearly damaged and you both were not on the same page expectation wise. They need to let it grow out and lay off the box dye. Not piling more bs onto it. I feel so bad for them.
