Love 28 Days Later and it holds up very well. There were a couple of great films around this time that used the low quality early digital cameras that some can’t stand but I love because they gave their directors so much freedom to branch out, explore and get playful in ways they wouldn’t have been able to with the film cameras they had at the time, Inland Empire and Suicide Club were two other excellent films from this time and both of them have recently had excellent remastered releases that are worth looking into.
