One thing that is not taught during training is how to survive in a toxic culture of misplaced ‘seniority privilege’ and bullying.It is often treated like a ‘given fact of working life’…and managemnt doesnt think this is a necessary component of training and nor a reason for turnover. it has become ingrained.
