what if the reason Mj was the only person crying when everyone was frozen was because Jean showed her peters memories and that caused her to remember and cry. After everyone is unfrozen she is still crying and then goes to the spot they used to always hang at with the necklace Peter gave her in Far from Home. And in the hospital we see proof that MJ visited him, she left the drawing in his room

I lowkey feel that when Jean had stopped the city she gave Mj some of her memories back she was crying when she was stopped and it's small things Mj does that shows she could possibly remember the relationship or small moments like being in there spot on the roof for one

Since Peter was erased does she remember Spider-Man giving it to her on that bridge? he was in his suit when he gave it to her.
