Rocky is my sister's neighbor's dog. He was such a lovely boy .so harmless. i still can't complete myself to watch the full video. Maybe you can hear the name "Rina" in the clip. She is only a 4yrs old girl and Rocky was her beloved pet. She is now traumatized bcos she witnessed what happened to Rocky with her own eyes. It's heartbreaking 💔. Came to know the same day total stray 22 dogs as been killed by them. We really need justice for Rocky and for Rina's tears.

what's the point of the person getting denda.... Rocky is no more..the pain the owner going through is unbearable.....it hurts when one which has been raised as a family member has passed away......did they catch the dog inside the house compound order outside........one advice to dog owners...... please don't let your dog out from your house as the majority rakyat living surrounding us ate evil towards dogs
