I understand why people say rape is hard to prove, and that’s true. But I also think it’s unfair to assume that every man found not guilty is actually guilty. If we’re going to respect the justice system when it convicts someone, we should also respect that an acquittal means the prosecution didn’t prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Every case should be judged on its own facts, not assumptions.

He was found guilty of assault and still has to go to court. The jury was unable to reach a verdict for his other rape cases. Mind you he had 10 charges of assault and rape

So yeah, they found something... And Filly is still going to serve time for the 2 counts of assault, and it's not that the jury all came to the conclusion he wasn't gulity, its that they had a 'hung jury,' so he could still go back for a retrial on those rape charges.

21st of August, he goes back to court for sentencing of the 2 guilty convictions of assault and then the prosecution will make a decision whether to retry him for the 3 counts of rape, so he still could get trialed for the three counts of rape and be found guilty
