the first pic is actually somehow right, Train tracks/stations and Flood control project were unable to be continued, paano pa kaya kung Nuclear Plant na? It needs to be precise and accurate, the materials for a reactor is NOT cheap. Filipinos tend to use cheaper material because it's "affordable and budget friendly" but it doesnt go that way when building a Nuclear Plant. Also it needs Maintenance and Professionals to Run it, I dont think we have that but if other people in another country who studies nuclear engineering/ or Quantum mechanics or any other nuclear science
