They did great all things considered. It’s really hard to do Punisher in a PG13 movie, I think they did the smartest thing they could’ve done by having him and Peter directly playing off each other

I think it works because like he views Spider-Man as a kid and you know obviously he was not going to be a hard-ass on his kids. frank always seems like really gentle with his kids so while he finds Spider-Man a little annoying he likes that it's a kid just trying to step up and do the right thing, so it works well and obviously the two actors care about each other a lot so it fits.

I love Jon bernthals punisher but I didn’t mind this other than when he said dum dum the thing I didn’t like was the booby traps and bombs they are not something Frank castle would use

i really like it, he is not extremely deppresive, he's helping peter as he can while still going for the kill method, this dynamic wasn't seen in DD cause he simply didn't like him, Spiderman is a teen, and Frank understands that

His relationships with others will vary, peter reminds him of that more innocent nature which rubs off on him and we know the punisher always has soft spots for more lighthearted characters. Daredevil and him has opposing beliefs so of course—he’ll be more intense with him which means more arguments. Actually if the punisher treated spiderman the same as daredevil then I think that would be worse, he’s really the same
