he'll yes mental disability doesn't give you the right nor a reason to just walk down a tunnel and assault an elderly killed an elderly woman for nothing did he even know her 75-year-old elderly woman had no clue what was going on and he just decided this person is disgusting and deserves but they no longer have the electric chair because if he'll hurt an elderly person he'll hurt a baby he'll hurt a woman he's a menace to society and doesn't need to be in society and if it's because of a mental illness he needs to be kept in asylum for the rest of his life point blank 5 years is a slap on the wrist and he will get out and do worse what about this would have been a baby but this was an elderly woman
