so just saw that these data centers are using 1980's tech and that's why they need the data centers, but that other software doesn't need data centers and could use the same amount of power as one charging their cell phone. China and Europe don't need data centers and they are able to use AI technology and no one can dispute China has surpassed us on that front.

How much water will it need and where is that coming from? How will this impact water supply downstream? Specifically how will this impact TX power grid and our rates? Are they building 100% of their own power sources.
