I have had success with wrapping the meat in parchment paper and then a freezer baggies with the air pressed out. I learned not to write on the paper with a permanent marker, it bled through when I defrosted and tattooed the chicken thighs skin.

Ziplock doesn’t work for me. I freeze it then wrap it with seran wrap then place in ziplock. Taste like I just cooked it when I warm it up

Fun fact if food is frozen it won’t go bad, over time it’ll become less nutritious and the texture will become different but it won’t go bad.
