As someone who has been in a Jury at a Rape Trial, The Hung Jury says more about Yung Filly than anything else. Proving Rape is very hard, unless DNA evidence is present it’s ones word against another. The Jury have to state that beyond reasonable doubt he is guilty. Without concrete evidence this is very hard to do. However, the Jury was hung. In my experience this means some of the Jury felt there wasn’t the evidence present to say 100% Guilty. But for others there was enough evidence to say beyond reasonable doubt he committed acts of Rape. To imply that a hung jury implies innocence is very naive. If anything it means something was shown to that Jury which caused some to believe he raped someone. Start thinking about the people you idolise

I hate seeing all the media lead with the 'no guilty rape verdict' rather than the literal guilty verdict on assault, and that he's only not guilty because of a hung jury, not because he's innocent and will likely have to defend it in court again.
