probably an npc glitch, murfree brood probably almost spawned in to counter a rob event on you just for the game to corrupt files. then again i could be speaking out my ass. But the camera usually auto locks and zooms in when an npc interaction begins

Are you on console? The button the changes you from third person to first person also has a setting for it to be slightly zoomed in more than normal, maybe just press that a few times till it’s how to like it
