Maybe cool them down? Cold floor or tepid water and soak your feet for a while - add some magnesium flakes as that might help too. Then rinse and moisturise. Hope you find something that works.

Sometimes the only thing that helps when I have that is to take a bath . A bath alternating hot and cool water

❤️Its a nerve response "neuropathic itch". Use cold therapy and lidocaine gel or patches. Took me a while to get my doctors to tell me what it was. I carry aspercream with lidocaine roll on in my purse.

Antihistamines can cause restless leg syndrome. Especially if you’re taking duloxetine. Might be worth looking into.

a fan blowing on my feet has been helpful with a soft fluffy cool blanket to prop them up without touching

I know it sounds daft but try ignoring it I have it longest I had it for was over 3 days try focus ya mind on something else itchy hands 2 :)

Also with regards to the itchy foot. I had this and the only thing that stopped it was randomly paracetamol.

Same! Smother your feet in vaseline and i mean coat that baby on like its going out of fashion. Then pop a pair of socks over.. i think the itchiness is skin related so the vaseline softens the skin - may not work but worth a try! Hope you get some relief soon ❤️

I relax and just try to ignore it doesn’t always work but the more you do the easier it is to deal with it.

When mine are really bad the worst itching ever and then they start to feel like they’re on fire I have to go stand on a cold floor nothing else helps 💜💜💜

mines is my eyes and not much I can put there 😂😂 also the point in ya back where you can't reach no matter how you reach, it gets so bad I use anything sharp to itch it 😩
