im honestly he served the papers and she closed the door that shouldve been it he shouldve jus walked away his job was done. He definitely has a power trip. He should at least be suspended and sent to re education classes

At the end, she's coming out with a knife in overhead stabbing position so at that moment, it makes sense to neutralize but he escalated too fast in the beginning. A woman alone at home answering the door to an unknown man, not that far fetched to be armed with a kitchen knife.

I mean, the officers spoke all the proper commands that they are required to, but in the circumstance, she didn’t pose a threat to any public person. She was barricaded in her home. Someone should have stepped back and requested an interpreter who is educated in hostile situations. Or a person who is educated in hostile situations along with an interpreter to defuse the situation. The officers blazing in weapons drawn, knowing she had weapons in hand only served to finalize this situation with one resolution. And thats exactly what happened.
