@bakeswithmarlene: Fudgy Oreo Brookies 🍫🤎🍪 Crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle, and loaded with Oreos!🤎 Ingredients Brownie Batter: • 200 g granulated sugar • 100 g brown sugar • 180 g butter, melted • 2 large eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 110 G all-purpose flour • 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder • Pinch of salt Cookie Dough: • 100 g white sugar • 100 g brown sugar • 100 g butter, melted • 1 egg • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 240 g all-purpose flour • 100 g chocolate chips Topping: • ½ pack Oreos Instructions 1. Make the cookie dough by mixing together the sugars, melted butter, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Fold in the chocolate chips and chill for 30–60 minutes. 2. Make the brownie batter by whisking together the sugars and eggs until pale. Mix in the vanilla, salt, and melted butter, then fold in the flour and cocoa powder. 3. Pour half the brownie batter into a lined 20×20 cm pan. Add pieces of cookie dough, pour over the remaining brownie batter, then top with more cookie dough and Oreos. 4.
