Been doing exactly this for 26 years, make every big decision financially , make sure our family is always safe , even though kids are adults I go over all there decisions like a proof read, but lovingly as we let the kids hands go so they stand on there own. My beautiful younger wife out of nowhere is now telling me she needs some space and was married too young etc. I’m 60 and I’m feeling after dedicating myself to this family for 26 yrs I did this all to be eventually by MYSELF??? I’m so hurt , I haven’t told a soul what I’m going thru. We talk, talk and talk some more but idk if we can work this out. Is there somebody else she talks to at work 🤷‍♂️, new and exciting attention she’s getting who knows, I’m so insecure now. I got no idea what the future holds , if I told one person it would spread like wildfire so I hold it all in smh
