i ended up being retrenched Abuti last year September because of Unions..all the former colleagues were into Union.. calling us Di mpi mpi for not joining..i am olny 22 as i was last born of the company without any experience so i really needed guidance from them. Now the people who told us to join the Union are still working while some of us are back on the streets..Because the Owner of the company seemed to be intimidated by the Union so 5 of us were retrenched and still Unemployed 💔. Looking back how my life was progressing mxm.. it's still hurts because i feel stuck

I was pushed to the edge I tried to keep myself together but the treatment was unbearable.u cnt jst sit nd watch someone destroy ur mental health and think you will cope at work.no something had to be done.How do u become productive if you are not well mentally.I am in the verge of asking for transfer bcs clearly the person am working with doesn't wanna work with me..she is working against me.

I challenge him in front of the people, he used to shout at me in front of my colleagues, I got tired and stood up for myself, I even won the case against them, we separated on mutual agreement, I got handshake, I already got another far 10 times better job during the hearing process.... Yooh i ended up resigning because of workload and I was told that I was given more work because I'm competent and they don't understand why I resigned because I always meet my deadlines and don't complain.
