Crispy Sushi Hot Dogs 🌭🍣 (2 servings) Sushi rice – 120 g Rice vinegar – 25 g Sugar – 10 g Salt – 3 g Batter: Flour – 2 tbsp Water – 50 g Panko breadcrumbs – 150 g Filling: Salmon – 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese – 1 tbsp Sriracha mayo – 1 tbsp Avocado Cucumber Chuka seaweed salad Green onion Sesame seeds Cook the sushi rice and season it with the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Spread the rice over a sheet of nori, roll it into a hot dog shape, then wet the edge of the nori with water to seal it. Mix the flour and water to make a batter, coat each sushi hot dog, then cover with 150 g of panko breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray, lightly spray with vegetable oil, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Cut the salmon into small cubes and mix with the Philadelphia cream cheese and sriracha mayo. Slice the baked sushi hot dog down the middle and fill with avocado, cucumber, the salmon mixture, chuka seaweed salad, green onion, and sesame seeds. Hot Dog de Sushi Crujiente 🌭🍣 (2 unidades) Arroz para sushi – 120 g Vinagre de arroz – 25 g Azúcar – 10 g Sal – 3 g Para el rebozado: Harina – 2 cucharadas Agua – 50 g Panko – 150 g Relleno: Salmón – 200 g Queso crema Philadelphia – 1 cucharada Mayonesa de sriracha – 1 cucharada Aguacate Pepino Ensalada de algas Chuka Cebolleta Sésamo Cuece el arroz y mézclalo con el vinagre de arroz, el azúcar y la sal. Colócalo sobre una lámina de nori, enróllalo en forma de hot dog y humedece el borde con agua para sellarlo. Mezcla la harina con el agua, pasa cada hot dog por la mezcla y cúbrelo con 150 g de panko. Colócalo en una bandeja, pulveriza con un poco de aceite vegetal y hornea a 200°C durante 20 minutos. Corta el salmón en cubitos y mézclalo con el queso crema y la mayonesa de sriracha.
