people get way too caught up in the idea of being “good” v “bad” as a person… its an avoidance of guilt, internal reflection and side stepping to projected shame… like no you and others are just people…. people who ALL have the capacity for good and bad

People want to be babied into emotionally regulating, when that isn’t our responsibility. Our responsibility is ensuring that the advice we give is genuinely empowering, but to appear as a “good person” isn’t one of them

ended mine in 2021 and I still am healing parts of me from time to time when the trauma resurfaces. i didn't know it would really take this much time but i have to face these issues so my future self would thank me.
