Read Caption ⬇️ I used to hate studying like I always felt so tired and unmotivated after school and even over the weekend. Even though I forced myself to go to my own desk to study, I always ended up playing games or scrolling on my phone. This is what happens to most of the students, and they tend to lose their focus once they know that they have to study. Because they feel uncomfortable doing something that they don’t want to do. Studying is all about getting out of your comfort zone in a healthy and effective manner. So today, I will be teaching you how to get out of your comfort zone to enjoy studying while being productive! 1. Parkinson’s Law Always set an artificial deadline for each task you need to complete. It works in the same way as the deadlines for your school assignments. If you don’t have a specific deadline, you likely won’t feel the urgency to start or finish the task. Setting an artificial deadline will help you become more productive and complete tasks on time. 2. 5 Minute Rule Pick a subject and study for just five minutes. After that, decide whether you want to continue or stop. The hardest part of studying is often just getting yourself to the desk. But once you start, you’ll usually feel like continuing because you’ve already begun. 3. Active Recall Absorbing large amounts of information is often the most overwhelming part of studying. Instead of spending too much time reading, focus on actively recalling and applying what you’ve learned. Practicing with past papers or solving questions is an excellent way to test your understanding and retention. I use this method repeatedly before exams, and it consistently helps me ace them. #StudyTips #studyhacks #studymotivation #productivity #studytok
