This was literally my situation yesterday with my mom when she said she got ‘approved’. She showed me the house she got ‘approved for’ and I immediately knew it was a scam. This person had less than 200 followers, a generic photo, no business email, no house tours, no other social media, no location, no nothing. I searched around and this ‘house’ was on 3 different TikTok pages and on 4 different websites online. I warned her immediately and I’m so glad she believed me or our whole family would’ve been homeless because a scam💔
