Some of your points are a bit misleading. A management trainee program does not guarantee that you’ll immediately step into a management role after completing it. While it’s true that these programs can give your career a significant head start through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to different parts of the business, they’re not a shortcut to management. Promotion still depends on your performance, leadership potential, business needs, and available opportunities within the company. Completing a management trainee program may put you on a faster track than a typical entry-level role, but it doesn’t automatically entitle anyone to a managerial position.

Tried shopee's GDP and Unilever's FLP and it was the hardest application I have ever tried. I honestly thought I did really well sa shopee GDP assessment but naligwak ako 😭
