Biker wasn’t going too fast which can be seen by the fact the bike just stayed where it was when it hit the car. A fast impact and the bike would’ve fucked off sideways or somat.

The Biker Who Can't Bike :
Side junctions are the worst for this, I've had people point their faces in my direction and still not see me. This is why I have spots on my bike, makes you a bit more eye-catching. I also weave on approach to the junction, anything to catch the driver's attention. All of which you shouldn't have to do, but 'I had right of way' would be a rubbish epitaph on your grave stone.
