obviously toddlers are still going to toddler 😅 but one thing that’s helped me SO much is realizing successful outings are usually about preparation, not perfection. I stopped expecting my kids to suddenly behave differently just because we left the house and started setting them up for success instead. snacks before they’re starving warnings before transitions flexible timelines less overstimulating screen time and honestly… lowering my own expectations too something else that’s helped a ton for waiting situations/restaurants/travel days is switching to calmer apps like Pok Pok instead of the super chaotic games/videos. I noticed such a difference in my son’s mood when it’s time to put the iPad away. still not perfect over here, but outings definitely feel less stressful now 🤍 #momlife #toddlermom #realmomlife #MomsofTikTok #parentingtips Partnering with Pok Pok
