guysss heellpp 😭 my arm was broken years ago and to this day when I do push ups with straight forward hands(like her) my joints feel weird and make poping noise (not painful just weird) so I just do push ups with my hands placed outwards to prevent that. am i doing it wrong? Should I stop doing it that way?
