@cookinginthemidwest: Cheesy BBQ Chicken sliders are a super easy dinner that my family loves! INGREDIENTS 12 count Hawaiian Original Rolls Olive oil 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese BBQ sauce 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled Crispy onions 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken to the skillet with some olive oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Slice Hawaiian Original Rolls in half. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and top with the cooked chicken. Drizzle some BBQ sauce over the chicken and top with shredded Colby Jack cheese. Sprinkle on some crumbled bacon and crispy onions. Place the tops of the rolls on the sliders. Mix together 2 tbsp of melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
