something my partner & I do on a consistent basis is point out something they did for us or did something to make that day just a little easier. It can be something as simple as washing the dishes or folding the laundry. Well say “thank you for washing the dishes baby, I appreciate you” as an example. Acknowledgement, consideration & apprecation are SO important in relationships imo.

I do the cooking and packing lunches I love it .. he went out of town for work and called me on day 2 thanking me for doing it and even tho he told me every day thank you baby I appreciate you he never realized how much it helps him be able to mentally and physically rest to tap into his emotional.. lol and I feel the same way about him pumping that gas taking out the trash and cutting that grass
