Boneless Chicken Potato Biryani Ingredients: * ½ cup oil * 1 onion, chopped * 2 potatoes, cubed * 500g boneless chicken, cubed * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 2 tbsp biryani masala * 1 tbsp each: coriander powder, cumin, black pepper & garam masala * 1 tbsp tomato purée * 3 tomatoes, blended * Fresh coriander * 1 tbsp salt * 1 glass rice, soaked for 3 hours * 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick & 5–6 cloves * Tomato slices & yellow food colour Method: Fry onion until golden, then add potatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken and ginger-garlic paste and cook. Add all spices, tomato purée, blended tomatoes, salt and coriander. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Boil soaked rice with star anise, cinnamon, cloves and salt until 90% cooked, then drain. Layer tomato slices, coriander and rice over the chicken gravy. Add yellow food colour, cover and dam for 10–15 minutes. Mix gently and serve hot. #bonelesschicken #biryani #fyp #cookingtales11 #viral
