@seeinspir: Meet Kainat Ayaz, a development professional, educator, and trainer whose journey reflects the transformative power of education, leadership, and community service. Holding an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar, she has dedicated more than six years to empowering individuals through teaching, capacity building, and social development. Her professional journey spans leadership roles as Principal at Beacon International Education System, Science Teacher, Social Media Manager and Coordinator at CATD, Training Consultant at IFES, and SBC/IYCF Supervisor with the BISP Nashonuma Program in District Bajaur. As a Master Trainer with HRLC, she has trained numerous Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) in health, communication, and community mobilisation, while independently equipping 125 Lady Farmers with digital literacy skills to expand their access to information and opportunities. Her volunteer service at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and her current role as Facility Coordinator at the BISP BNP Center further reflect her commitment to compassionate service, quality programme delivery, and community well-being. Through every role, Kainat continues to demonstrate that investing in education, empowering women, and strengthening frontline communities creates lasting and meaningful change.
